Dinner
Mashed potatoes: 3 large potatoes, boil in salted water, heat milk [we used almond] and butter, mash potatoes and liquid together until desired consistency is reached, add salt and pepper to taste
Sautéed asapragus: blanche asparagus, toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, sauté
Steak: generously apply salt and pepper to both sides of the meat, sear for 1-2 minutes on each side, bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes
